4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
⅓ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

1. Season the chicken
Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Sear
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the sauce
In the same pan, sauté garlic for about 30 seconds.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Stir and let simmer until slightly thickened.
4. Bring it together
Return chicken to the pan. Spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 10–15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is creamy.
5. Garnish and serve
Top with fresh herbs and extra parmesan if you like.
